Your journey starts here! By registering for Midwest FurFest you not only help support the convention and its charitable mission, but also receive access to all of our event spaces and amazing programming.


Registration opens July 30, 2025!


Location & Hours

All attendees, both those with purchased preregistrations and those wishing to purchase registrations on site, are required to visit the Registration desk in Hall A of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL before proceeding to the rest of the convention. Upon checking in, attendees will be provided with a badge which will grant them access to all convention spaces.

Thursday

3PM - 5PM - Pre-registered Sponsor and Shiny Sponsor Attendees Only
5PM - 7PM - All Pre-registered Attendees
7PM - 10PM* - All Pre-registered and At The Door Attendees

*All attendees in line by 10pm will receive their badges Thursday night.

No Thursday events require a badge for entry. Badges are required for all convention spaces starting Friday morning.

Friday

10AM - 8PM - All Pre-registered and At The Door Attendees

Saturday

10AM - 6PM - All Pre-registered and At The Door Attendees

Sunday

10AM - 3PM - All Pre-registered and At The Door Attendees

Standard Membership

$100 - through November 25, 2025
$110 - at the door

Purchasing a Standard Membership includes:

A Sponsorship shows that you think the con is kind of awesome and you'd like to help us make it happen. As a Sponsor, you will receive all of the benefits of a Standard Membership, as well as the following gifts:

  • Priority seating for some of our most popular events

  • Early badge pickup Thursday afternoon for pre-registered sponsors

  • Sponsor Brunch on Saturday morning

  • Sponsor Badge Ribbon

Shiny Sponsorship

$550

A Shiny Sponsorship is for those who not only really, really like the convention, but wish to provide that something extra to help us continue to bring you the best convention that we possibly can! As a Shiny Sponsor, you will receive all of the benefits of a Sponsor membership, as well as the following gifts:

  • Highest priority seating for some of our most popular events

  • Shiny Sponsor Reception on Friday evening

  • Shiny Sponsor Badge Ribbon

Single Day Attendance

$55 Per Day

Enjoy Midwest FurFest for a day for a discounted price. Available Friday, Saturday or Sunday, this level includes all the benefits of a Standard Membership for that day only, including access to all evening events.

If you decide to stay longer, we will happily credit your single day badge towards the cost of a Standard Membership (or Sponsor levels if available) granting access for the remainder of the event.

MinorS (17 years old & Younger)

At this time Midwest FurFest is not accepting registrations for our Minor attendees while we finalize our policies for this year. Please watch this space and our social media channels for further updates. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at registration@furfest.org. We thank you for your patience.


Refund Policy

Refunds for your Midwest FurFest registration can be requested via one of the following methods:

  • Logging into your FurFest Account and selecting the refund button for the badge you wish to cancel.

  • Sending an email to registration@furfest.org. Refund requests must be sent from the email address associated with the registration account requesting the refund.

All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Attendees can request a full refund through 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Sponsors and Shiny Sponsors can request a full refund through 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. A partial refund equal to the amount of the pre-registration Attendee registration can be requested until 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Any badge that is marked as Checked In or Picked Up on Thursday, December 4, 2025 or later is not eligible for a refund.


Important Dates

  • November 25, 2025: End of pre-registration, last day to request a registration transfer, badge name change or upgrade before the convention.

  • December 13, 2025: Last day to request a refund for an unused 2025 membership.
